🚧🚦 HOUSE ROOMMATES RULES 🚦🚧

College exchange programs are the opportunity in many cases to leave our parents' home and have the first experiences of freedom, but at the same time they represent a great responsibility, where you’ll have to develop the ability to live in community.

In general the rules of CASA PALTA STUDENT HOUSE 🏡 can be summarized in two main ones.

Take care of the house as if it were yours, especially in order and toilet.

Respect coexistence with your housemates as you expect them to respect you.

1.Don´t take nothing without asking. 📢 When they are not your belongings, or these are not common, always ask their owner for permission. (Laundry soap, bathroom champoo 🧼) etc.

2.Don’t use, cook, or eat any food that doesn't belong to you. Respect the food 🥗🍇🥑 others have on the frigider or on their kitchen shelves. Agree on the use of salt, oil, spices, etc.

3.You will wash and order your dishes and utensils that you have used to cook after each meal 🍴 .

3.Keep the bathroom clean 🚽🚿 . Try to leave it the way you'd like to find it.

4.Don’t invite friends unannounced. Always let your roommates know and ask 🙋🏽‍♀️ if they mind inviting friends on a certain occasion.

5.No't overdo it. Be moderate in all your actions, this will make coexistence with your roommates more harmonious. Do not take long showers 🚿 , don´t leave lights on, don´t overdo it in organizing parties, etc.

6. No overnight visits to your accommodation are allowed. Except on special occasions always authorized by the owner.

7. Keep common spaces clean. Always pick up what you use. Don't leave trash 🧺 , don't leave dishes abandoned with food on the table or in the sink. Leave everything exactly the same as it was before you used it.

8. Avoid annoying noises 🔊 , especially at night. Listen to music or videos at low volume 🎶 or better with headphones . And if a party is occasionally authorized, always respect the rest of the other housemates, and especially the neighbours.

Respect, courtesy and common sense are the keys to good coexistence.

In this way you'll contribute to the harmony and well-being of yourself and others.
